施工技术 2013年10月上 22 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第42卷第19期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2013190022 某工程软土基坑支护设计及钢斜撑的应用 郭学伟,庞爱红,徐明 (中国建筑第八工程局有限公司,北京100097) [摘要]天津奕聪花园工程地下室平面设计与基坑支护相结合,软土基坑采用灌注桩分级支护.钢斜撑在两级灌 注桩间增加侧向刚度,明确钢斜撑处结构施工与土方开挖之间的顺序.采用三轴搅拌桩进行止水帷幕和基坑内设 大口井降水的方法进行基坑降水.通过重点监控地下室水平和竖向后浇带节点防水施工质量,满足地下室无渗漏 要求.工程实践表明,采用此技术降低了施工成本,提高了施工效益.
