归纳出了此类工程典型不同步工况选取的三点原则 并提出了一系列的同步控制措施,对机库网架屋盖被提升部分建立完整的有限元模型,运用有限元软件MIDAS进 行不同步工况及提升点失效工况的计算,分析两类工况下结构应力及变形的响应规律,根据计算结果提出了被提 升结构的加固措施及杆件替换方案。
根据整体计算结果设计合理的提升支撑架以及下提升点工装,并应用有限元 软件ANSYS对提升支撑架、下提升点及被提升结构部分连接节点和杆件进行验算校核,充分保证结构的安全。
对 卸载阶段边界条件的瞬间变换进行了模拟计算,确保了卸载阶段施工的安全。
