2011年6月上 施工技术 第40卷第342期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 75 某预应力空心板梁模板改进工艺 刘仁衫 (汕头港港口工程质量监督站,广东汕头515041) [摘要]预应力空心板梁桥由于受力明确,构造简单,易于标准化预制生产及施工,是国内桥梁应用最为广泛的桥 型之一.针对桥梁预应力空心板梁的施工难点,对芯模、侧模板固定、端头模板、预埋钢板、板底三角工艺进行了 改进,拓展了芯模的固定和组合技术,改进了侧模板和端头模板的固定方法,改变了预埋钢板、板底三角的施工 思路.结果表明:改进工艺可以减少材料损耗,节约材料成本,大幅提高构件的外观质量. 【关键词]空心板梁:工艺改进:芯模:端头模板:预埋钢板;三角 [中图分类号]TU755.2 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002-8498(2011)11-0075-03 Technical Improvement of Prestressed Hollow Slab Beam Formwork Liu Renshan Shantou Port Engineering Quality Supersision Station Shantou Guangdong 515041.China) Abstract:Because of clear stress and simple structure of prestressed hollow slab beam bridge it is easy for standard prefabricated production and construction and it is one of the most widely used bridges in domestic.According to the construction difficulties of prestressed hollow slab beam the technologies of core formwork side formwork fixing ending formwork embedded steel plate and bottom triangle wedge are improved.The fixing and bination technology of core formwork is expanded the fixing methods for side formwork and ending formwork are advanced as well as that the construction idea for embedded steel plate and bottom triangle wedge is changed.The results show that the advanced technologies can reduce material consumption save material cost and improve appearance quality of the ponent.
