原索网结构由于不锈钢拉索应力松弛大、拉索高空张拉技术难等缺点,故需对其 优化设计。
通过调整索网结构布置、改变索材等,设计了几种优化方案并与原方案进行对比研究,包括索网结构内 力和变形的对比分析,并考虑了结构局部变化对结构性能的影响。
分析研究表明,索材替换对索网拉索的内力和 变形影响不大,而索网支撑布置的变化对索网的结构性能影响较大。

Different from conventional facade having been studied, this cable nets. area is larger and deformation control is more difficult. Because the stainless steel cable' s stress relaxation is large and the technology of cable tensioning in aloft is difficult, the optimization design is needed for the cable nets structure. This paper has designed several optimization schemes by changing cable nets structure arrangement, and had contrast studies to the original scheme,including the analysis of internal force and deformation of the cable net structure, and also consider the local structure change that has influence on the performance of the structure. The results show that changing the cable material has low influence on the cable internal force and deformation of the cable net,but the influence is large when the cable net support arrangement is changed. Key words:steel structures; glass curtain wall; cable net; optimization; design 1工程概况 江宁国家电网玻璃幕墙南立面拉索幕墙为一 水平索 单层平面索网结构,拉索边界条件为大刚度支撑的 钢箱梁和钢骨混凝土柱。
拉索幕墙形状为矩形,其 水平三 高度为58.5m,宽度为27m;在幕墙底部的中间,有 角桁架 一高3.7m、宽7m的矩形门洞。
该玻璃幕墙总面积 竖向索 约为1500m²,属于大跨度单层平面索网幕墙结构 体系。
整个幕墙的平面布置如图1所示。
