施工技术 2010年11月 64 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第11期 江苏LNG项目旋挖后注浆挤扩灌注桩施工技术 王国辉,祁建永,张彦鹏 (河北建设察研究院有限公司,河北石家庄050031) [摘要]江苏LG项目储罐基础采用旋挖钻孔后注浆挤扩灌注桩.针对工程施工难点,介绍了聚合物泥浆旋挖钻 孔、三岔双向挤扩施工、桩端后注浆施工的工艺流程、施工方法和质量控制要点.通过本工程的应用效果,说明了 三岔双向挤扩技术和桩端后注浆技术对桩基承载力的影响,以及聚合物泥浆旋挖钻孔技术的快速、环保特性.结 果表明,这3项技术联合应用可有效缩短施工工期、显著提高桩基承载力,降低工程造价.
