2016年10月下 施工技术 第45卷第20期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 37 D0I:10.7672/sjs2016200037 江苏大剧院戏剧厅钢屋盖安装分析 路伟伟1,李德2,曹平周2,傅新芝1,吴文平1,王文兴 (1.江苏沪宁钢机股份有限公司,江苏宜兴214231; 2.河海大学土木与交通学院,江苏南京210098) [摘要]大型公共建筑钢结构工程由于跨度大、结构形式复杂、用钢量大等特点而带来一系列施工难题,施工过程 中“路径”与“时间”效应对结构合龙时的受力状态与几何形态影响较大,合理的施工方案在保证施工安全的前提 下应尽量减小结构合龙后由于施工所产生的残余应力.以在建的江苏大剧院戏剧厅钢屋盖施工安装为背景工程, 结合戏剧厅钢屋盖结构特点及现场施工条件,拟定钢屋盖安装方案,采用有限元计算软件MIDAS/GEN进行钢屋盖 施工全过程模拟分析,为戏剧厅钢屋盖施工安装提供技术指导.将理论计算结果同实际监测结果进行对比分析, 考证所建有限元模型及所选计算分析方法的正确性.
