施工技术 2017年9月下 78 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第46卷第18期 D0I:10.7672/5j52017180078 津湾广场9号楼下挂双悬挂层重型转换桁架 安装与定位技术 杨艳超,郑世超,郑吉成,车向男,谢菁彪 (中建城市建设发展有限公司,北京100037) [摘要]津湾广场9号楼8层转换桁架安装工程,承接9层以上及7层以下受力转换,结构重要:整体桁架距地面高 度为32.4m 且单体构件质量大增加了吊装及安装难度;节点复杂,超宽超重构件数量较多,焊接难度大,50mm以 上的钢板对接焊缝占该部位焊缝的8%,极易产生焊接残余应力.通过进场前预拼装校核尺寸,安装前预排构件 顺序精确定位,安装后全过程应力监测尺寸复核等措施,减小了桁架安装定位误差,保证了安装质量及进度.
