2017年1月下 施工技术 第46卷第2期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 39 D0I:10.7672/5gj82017020039 深厚砂夹卵石复杂地层深孔大直径钻孔桩施工技术 杨齐海,张春新 (中铁大桥局集团有限公司,湖北武汉430050) [摘要]以蒙华铁路公安长江公铁两用特大桥为典型实例,介绍了4号主塔墩基础钻孔桩施工技术.该墩基础采 用36(2.8-3.1)m变直径钻孔桩,桩长90m 其下为很厚的砂夹卵石覆盖层,钻孔施工能否顺利穿过该层是本工 程的难点与关键.施工中选用大功率、高扭矩KPG3000型旋转钻机施钻,配备大管径吸泥机及时吸出大粒径钻渣. 采用“慢转速、少给进、勤给进”的低压钻进工艺,成功解决了钻进成孔难题.
