2010年8月 施工技术 第39卷第8期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 61 深圳大运中心主体育场铸钢节点验收 及拟合预拼装技术 陈江,陈韬,徐聪,严小霞 (中建钢构有限公司,广末深圳518040) [摘要]深圳大运中心主体育场采用内设张拉膜的钢屋盖体系,钢结构形式为单层折面空间网格结构,分为铸钢节 点和焊接节点两种形式.运用计算机拟合技术,成功解决了超重、复杂、多分支铸钢节点验收难题,并通过实测坐 标与理论坐标的拟合,将其应用到构件预拼装方面,在限定的较短工期内达到了快速、精准的构件拼装效果,确保 了施工质量和施工进度,同时指出节点、构件的误差来源及消除措施.
