基坑土方开挖分4种工况进行分步开挖,保证了开挖的效率和安全。
对顶管进出洞口破除的灌注桩采取加固处 理,再设置橡胶止水法兰及止水构造,保证了围护结构的整体稳定性。
基坑开挖时坑内设置疏干井,封底后至少保 留1口疏于井并与坑内排水盲沟连接,构成了坑内排水系统,提高了基坑降水的效率。
分别设置桩体深层水平位 移观测点,桩顶水平位移、竖向位移观测点、地下水位观测点等监测点位,并定期观察是否超过报警值,避免了基坑 围护结构失稳。

There are four operating conditions for pit excavation, ensuring the excavation eficieney and safety. The destroyed cast-in-place piles which are situated in pipe jacking passageway take the reinforcement and increase by rubber water stop flange and water stop structure, ensuring the global stability of exterior-protected structure.When foundation excavation is excavated, dewatering wells are arranged in foundation excavation. It should retain one dewatering well at least after back cover and links with drainage blind ditch, constituting the drainage system of inside pit and improving the pit dewatering efficiency. It sets up many monitoring sites including the horizontal displacement observation point of deep pile body,horizontal displacement of pile top,vertical displacement observation point,underground water level observation point and so on. Moreover, the operatorsobserve hemonitoring sites alamsbeyondornotatregular intervalsavoiding theinstabilityf exterior-protected structure.
