2011年4月上 施工技术 第40卷第338期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 47 深层淤泥土中高压旋喷桩浆液材料与施工工艺研究 霍受琳,陈鹏柱2,潘艳华3 (1.兰州交通大学土木工程学院,甘肃兰州730070;2.武汉地产开发投资集团有限公司,潮北武汉430015; 3.武汉和创建筑工程设计事务限公司,湖北武汉430015) [摘要]结合广州地区某工程中高压旋喷桩处理地基的方法,对桩体注浆材料、施工参数进行试验研究,提出适合 该区域深层淤泥地层的高压旋喷桩处理方法,并对高压旋喷桩成桩后的质量效果进行试验验证.研究结果表明: 对于此类深层淤泥土处理,选用矿渣水泥作为桩体主浆液材料同时辅以2%楼量的石膏作为主要外加剂材料,对增 强桩体强度、缩短施工工期极为有利;在施工工艺中应特别强调复喷工艺,项头选用2.2m喷嘴,浆液施工以22 MPa的压力成梳效果最好.此外,还提出了旋喷桩施工中常见问题的几种处理方法. Lid.Wuhan Hubei 430015 China) Abstract:Based on the method of high pressure jet grouting pile used in some engineering in Guangzhou grouting materials and construction parameters of pile are analyzed.Construction method of high pressure jet grouting pile in deep silt stratum is proposed and pile quality is tested.The results show that slurry of slag cement with 2%gypsum is useful to strengthen pile intension and shorten construction period.
