施工技术 2014年7月下 28 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第14期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2014140028 绍兴山水馆弦支穹顶结构施工技术* 郭正兴1 2,田伟,罗斌12 (1.东南大学混凝土及预应力混凝土结构教育部重点实验室,江苏南京210096; 2.东南大学国家预应力工程技术研究中心,江苏南京210096) [摘要]绍兴山水馆馆为钢桁架弦支穹顶组合网壳结构,通过对中心弦支弯顶结构的施工过程进行张拉分析,提 出了逐环分批次循环张拉径向钢拉杆的施工方案,在结构中建立设计预应力的同时可以有效控制结构形态,并且 减少了张拉设备的投入.通过对铸钢索夹节点进行抗滑移模型试验,得出索夹抗滑承载力为350kN 大于节点最 大不平衡力200kN 可以满足工程要求. Through the cable clips model test for anti-slip the carrying capacity of anti-sliding of cable clips is 350kN which is greater than the maximum node unbalanced force 200kN that can meet the engineering requirements.
