Ltd.Changsha Hu'nan 410007 China) Abstract:A public building is located in an area with hot summer and cold winter and it was designed according to the two-star standard of Evaluation standard for green building.Based on actual project the green building technique system for areas with hot summers and cold winters is firstly introduced and then the application of guide-light tube adjustable external sunshade rainwater collection and solar photovoltaic technology are expounded.Simulation and calculation results show that application of the technology reduced the maintenance cost lowered the energy resources consumption and improved the fortableness of the building.
