2015年2月上 施工技术 第44卷第3期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 85 D0I:10.7672/5js2015030085 聚合物超细粉体制备及改性砂浆性能研究* 邓小勇,丁凯2,王燕娜,王斌1 (1.解放军理工大学野战工程学院,江苏南京210007;2.总装工程兵科研一所,江苏无锡214035) [摘要]为开发一种新型的聚合物改性混凝土外料,配制高性能混凝土,利用在化工领域发展很活跃的超临界流 体制备超微粉体技术(其中的RESS法)制备出聚丙烯超细粉体.通过对比试验初步掌握了聚丙烯超细粉体对水 泥砂浆的改性规律,并采用微观技术分析了不同外掺料的改性机理.结果表明:聚丙烯超细粉体能体现有机聚合 物材料与无机矿物超细粉体的部分性能,可以明显改善水泥砂浆的微观结构,提高水泥基体的致密性,增强水泥砂 浆的抗折强度.
