施工技术 2014年5月上 114 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第9期 D0I:10.7672/5j52014090114 连锁空心方桩基坑支护技术应用研究 黄强,陈伟,颜小荣2 (1.中国建筑科学研究院,北京100013;2.云南中技管桩有限公司,云南昆明650032) [摘要]预应力空心方桩在国内主要应用于桩基工程,提出了将预应力空心方桩应用于深基坑工程的思路,围绕深 基坑工程关键的挡土和止水问题,研究了相关的解决措施,开发出了新的预应力空心方桩桩型,并和传统的钢筋混 凝土灌注桩进行了抗弯受剪承载力对比分析,丰富了深基坑工程支护桩的种类.在此基础上,针对实际工程,进行 了基坑支护空心方桩和钻孔灌注桩挡土加高压旋喷桩止水的技术经济对比,并进一步研究了基坑支护空心方桩的 生产工艺和施工工艺,将此种新桩型成功连锁成墙用于试验性基坑工程,由此产生了一种新型的基坑支护结构 体系.
