施工技术 2012年8月下 112 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第41卷第371期 金华市体育场网架支墩设计与施工 江涛1,倪英戈2,冯建峰3,吴巧珍 (1.中天建设集团有限公司,浙江金华321000;2.金华市建设工程质量监督站,浙江金华321000; 3.浙江致远建设工程咨询监理有限公司,浙江金华321000) [摘要]金华市体育场采用多点支撑与前端大拱相结合的形式,两侧落地处通过设置大体积混凝土墩与网壳结构 连接.网架支墩为箱形结构,网架的复杂受力传到支墩.为了确保支墩的受力稳定和造价控制,设计与施工时采 取了多项新技术的综合应用,如深基坑支护、抗拔抗剪铺杆、大体积混凝土等.其中边坡支护采用放坡加土钉支 护,支墩内部填土和蓄水外翼底板用毛石混凝土压重,确保支墩整体和局部受力都满足设计强度及刚度要求.
