施工技术 2010年6月 86 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第6期 高原复杂地质条件下固结灌浆施工参数选定 尚晓威,邱敏 (武水电第二总队五支队,江苏常州213031) 【摘要]新疆察汗乌苏水电站是新疆开都河流城上游规划建成的第三个梯级电站,由于察汗乌苏水电站右岸溢洪 洞在开挖过程中多次出现不同程度的局部塌方,因此在固结灌浆施工前进行了固结灌浆试验,以此来调整灌浆各 项参数.结合原现场试验和补充灌浆试验,介绍灌浆设计参数以及施工顺序.通过分析灌浆注人量、平均注水率 以及单位注人量和质量检查成果,认为补充灌浆试验后的施工方法更为合理,保证了施工质量和安全. Abstract:Xinjiang Chahanwusu Hydropower Station is the third cascade hydropower station in the upstream of Kaidu River in Xinjiang.It happens that different partial collapses for many times during the process of excavation at right-bank spillway in the hydropower station.Thus consolidation grouting test is done before grouting construction to adjust all kinds of parameters.Based on original on-site test and supplementary grouting test design parameters and construction sequence are introduced.The construction method with supplementary grouting test is more reasonable by analyzing injection amount average water-injection rate unit injection amount and quality check result.As a result construction quality and safety are ensured.
