[关键词]高大模板;脚手架;敏感性;预警值;有限元分析 [中图分类号]TU755.2;TU731.2 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-8498(2016)11-0012-03 The Early Warning Research of High and Large Formwork Support System Safety Status Shi Baolu (China Railway Construction Group Co.Lad.Beijing 100040 China) Abstract:In order to prevent overall instability or collapse of high and large formwork system in the process of its service and reduce casualties and property losses this paper introduces the principle and structure design of a monitoring system of a tubular scaffold it is based on the engineering background of high and large formwork in a building and taking the first mode of eigenvalue analysis as the initial geometrical imperfections to analyze imperfection sensitivity according to the result of nonlinear finite element analysis considering initial geometric imperfections the warning value of normal bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of the frame can be obtained to import into the software so the warning messages can be pushed when the warning value is reached.
