2016年4月下 施工技术 第45卷第8期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 123 D0I:10.7672/8js2016080123 高效低耗水平模架支撑体系承载力研究* 李证吉,袁新和 (中建四局第五建筑工程有限公司,贵州贵阳550003) [摘要]高效低耗水平模板脚手架支撑体系以实现快拆快支、一键连、无零部件施工为特点,同时具有早拆功能,与 塑料工字背楞和塑料模板配合使用实现模板脚手架施工高效低耗的效果.根据足尺试验得到的相关试验数据确 定架体整体刚度,并建立有限元模型,脚手架节点采用半刚性方式.得到了在相关荷载规范框架内的最佳纵跨距、 横跨距及步距组合,为该架体推广使用提供了理论支撑.考虑有无剪刀撑2种失稳模式,并探究该架体在这2种 失稳模式情况下的安全使用高度.研究成果为高效低耗水平模架支撑体系技术规程修订提供理论基础.
