2015年7月下 施工技术 第44卷第14期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 83 D0I:10.7672/8js2015140083 高支模碗扣式满堂支架有限元分析及施工监控 方诗圣,王文洋,顾颖,苑敬舜 (合肥工业大学土木与水利工程学院,安徽合肥230009) [摘要]高支模满堂支架系统在大中跨度现浇连续箱梁施工中普遍使用.为系统分析高支模碗扣式满堂支架应力 与位移变化规律,依托实际工程,通过建立碗扣式满堂支架系统有限元模型,分析结构在各种不利荷载作用下的应 力与位移值,并通过对施工过程中支架应力和位移值的实时监控来验证支架系统的安全稳定性及数值计算的可靠 性.研究表明碗扣支架数值计算与实测最大应力和位移结果大致吻合,且均未超过规范允许值,碗扣支架刚度与 稳定性满足施工要求.
