施工技术 2016年7月上 22 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第45卷第13期 D01:10.7672/sjs2016130022 基坑工程预应力锚索施工问题现场试验研究* 帅海乐,詹黔花,龙举,张克利 (贵州中建建筑科研设计院有限公司(贵州省建筑科学研究检测中心),贵州贵阳550006) [摘要]针对基坑工程预应力错索施工过程中存在的3个问题进行研究:采用单根钢绞线张拉工艺,拉力和值作为 整束错索的拉力设计值;按照油压表反映荷载值张拉到1.05~1.1倍拉力设计值,进行锁定,不做锁定力检测或监 测;错索轴线与承压面不垂直,造成钢绞线在张拉端变角,形成折线错索.通过现场预应力测试及专项试验,分析 了上述问题对错索错固效果的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施.
