施工技术 2014年4月下 60 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第8期 D01:10.7672/js2014080060 基于欧标的异形截面端板螺栓连接节点 构造及设计方法 郭静,陈国栋,王煦,范晓伟,周来竺 (精工钢构集团国际业务总部,上海200233) [摘要]以麦加火车站项目为背景,探讨了基于欧标的异形截面的端板螺栓连接节点的构造及设计方法.通过设 置合理的手孔,满足了建筑造型要求的内端板连接构造和高强螺栓的安装施工要求.参考欧标的钢结构设计规范 EC3-1.8中对H形端板连接节点的设计规定,结合异形截面端板螺栓连接节点的设计和有限元分析结果,对于此 类异形截面端板连接形式,确定了建议的屈服线模式,建立了适合此类节点的设计方法.根据节点构造和受力特 点建立了合理的简化有限元模型,得到了组成端板连接节点的各部分受力情况,验证了节点的可行性.
