施工技术 2011年8月上 54 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第40卷第346期 既有建筑托梁拔柱改造设计与施工控制 赵挺生1,丁丽萍,唐菁菁,徐福泉2,李东彬2 (1.华中科技大学土木工程与力学学院,湖北武汉430074;2.中国建筑科学研究院,北京100013) [摘要]伴随低碳理念,我国建筑业发展正在步人低投入低消耗的现代化改造、维修与加固时期.托梁拔柱作为一 种扩大柱间距较好的技改方法得到了广泛应用.由于改造过程的结构时变特性以及现场作业难度大等特点,导致 其高风险性.为此,结合既有建筑托梁拔柱改造实践,在系统探讨托梁拔柱改造施工工艺流程的基础上,基于现代 工程安全理论,分析了既有结构承载能力降低风险、设计完整结构在施工过程呈现的阶段非完整性失效风险、托梁 拔柱施工质量风险、施工过程人身伤害风险以及托梁拔柱工程使用安全风险.综合应用建筑防倒塌设计方法和建 筑加固技术,提出了既有建筑托梁拔柱改造的构造设计、极限状态设计、变形与刚度控制和结构布置防倒塌设计原 则,并建议了结构加固、托梁原位制作以及截柱卸载施工技术要点,最后介绍了单层工业厂房和多层框架办公建筑 托梁拔柱改造的实例.
