施工技术 2011年6月上 62 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOCY 第40卷第342期 焊接应力对开洞钢板剪力墙极限承载力的影响 兰涛1,郭彦林2,郝际平,赵思远2 (1.西安建筑科技大学土木工程学院,映西西安710055;2.清华大学土木水利学院,北京100084) [摘要]钢板剪力墙在施工过程中,为保证安装精度及避免受力后产生的噪声问题,多选用焊接连接的方式,这将 导致内填板存在较大的焊接应力与变形.通过建立精细有限元模型,研究了焊接对钢板墙受力性能的影响.计算 结果表明焊接应力与焊接变形在设计中不可忽略.首先,以开边洞钢板墙为例具体分析了施焊顺序的影响.在得 到最佳施焊方案后对有、无焊接作用下开边洞钢板墙进行比较发现,考虑焊接影响时钢板墙的极限挑剪承载力与 结构延性均有所降低.最后通过分析开边洞钢板墙的潜回曲线与能量耗散系数指出,钢板墙在进人弹塑性阶段后 具有较好的耗能能力.
