施工技术 2011年10月上 18 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第40卷第350期 贵阳国际会展中心大型不对称筒式悬挂 建筑施工应力控制 戴立先,魏晓祥,蒋官业,陈小伟,代舒 (中建钢构有限公司,广东深圳518040) [摘要]贵阳国际会议展览中心C2201大厦为悬挂式建筑,内部受力形式非常复杂.在T程中运用计算机仿真模 拟分析技术对施工工序进行模拟,根据迭代理论设置钢结构施工变形预调值,调整施工过程中建筑体的位形,并通 过千斤顶施加或卸载对建筑体的作用力调配建筑体的整体位形及内部应力,从而实现了安装过程中结构自由受力 状态,并且确保了竣工时建筑体的几何形态、受力状态符合理论设计值. According to iteration theory they set preset value in the deformation of steel structure construction adjust the building configuration in the construction process.Besides by imposing or uninstalling the force with jack authors adjust the whole configuration and internal stress of building.In this way it achieves free stress condition in the installation process and ensures the geometry of the body and the stress state to consistent with theoretical design value.
