施工技术 2014年7月下 6 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第14期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2014140006 厚壁离心铸钢管稳定承载力与设计方法研究 郭彦林,王洁,林冰,朱博莉2 (1.清华大学土木工程系,北京100084;2.西安交通大学人居环境与建筑工程学院,陕西西安710049) [摘要]因为工程中常用的轧制及焊接两种钢管的制作工艺均无法实现厚壁钢管的制作,为此厚壁离心铸钢管在 建筑钢结构工程中便开始应用.广州新白云国际会议中心工程首次采用了厚壁离心铸钢管作为其主要受力构件. 目前,国内外关于厚壁离心铸钢管的研究成果很少,规范中也缺乏相应的设计依据.对厚壁离心铸钢管抗弯及偏 心受压构件进行了承载性能试验,研究了铸钢管的受力性能.结合有限元数值分析对厚壁离心铸钢管在偏心荷载 作用下的稳定极限承载力进行了研究,获得了偏心受压构件M承载力相关曲线,并与试验结果进行了对比.最 后给出了厚壁离心铸钢管轴心受压及偏心受压构件的稳定设计方法.
