Many typical engineering cases have not yet formed a shared knowledge base so that the proposed project can not be learned.In this foundation the knowledge representation of each case is put forward based on the method of knowledge ontology and the EPC general contracting project risk case database is constructed.On the new project the fuzzy subset closeness degree method is used for case reasoning and from the case library to find out the highest degree of similarity of the case and the corresponding countermeasures.Project managers can use this as a reference for decision-making.
