2016年6月下 施工技术 第45卷第12期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 95 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2016120095 基于系统动力学的建设工程成本进度控制研究* 刘景矿1,阳文杰2 (1 广州大学工商管理学院,广东广州510006; 2.东莞碧桂园房地产开发有限公司,广东东莞523770) [摘要]通过建立系统动力学模型对工程进度和成本管理之间的关系进行分析,解释二者之间的相互影响,并得到 成本控制状态下量化的进度控制强度.案例模拟结果解释了成本失控的原理,若将项目成本超额控制在不超过预 期成本的5%,需在编制的月进度计划上缩短3~4d 项目成本才能得到有效控制.最后建议采取合适的进度控制 对成本控制进行调节,使成本控制处于稳定级别,同时监视成本控制级别的波动来调节进度控制强度,使系统处于 稳定状态.
