施工技术 2017年3月下 102 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第46卷第6期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2017060102 顶管施工用新型膨润土与聚合物润滑减 阻浆液的性能研究* 贾丽洲1,王伟山2,郑柏存1 (1.华东理工大学,上海200237;2.上海建筑外加剂工程技术研究中心,上海200232) [摘要]顶管施工中润滑减阻可有效降低顶机负荷,提高推进效率.选取6种聚合物作为泥浆性能调节剂,系统研 究聚合物种类与掺量对浆液性能的影响.结果表明,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、黄原胶和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸- N N-二甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物(AMPS-NNDMA)可有效提高泥浆性能.其中CMC能有效提高泥浆黏度,黄原胶能有 效提高泥浆抗滤失性能,而AMPS-NNDMA的综合性能优良.
