施工技术 2012年10月下 72 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第41卷第375期 黄石体育馆钢屋盖异形节点滑移安装技术 梁嘉文,王远,钟新国,邓先磊,曹正平 (中建三局第一建设工程有限责任公司,湖北武汉430040) [摘要]黄石体育馆钢屋盖为空间折板式斜交网格结构,脊线主梁由钢箱梁构成,交汇节点采用钢板节点.钢屋盖 核心部位的ZGJ-1节点连接12根主梁,塔式起重机无法将其直接吊装到位.经过方案比选,采用搭设栈桥、滑移安 装的方案.介绍了钢节点制作、滑移栈桥桁架制作安装、滑移小车制作、钢节点固定等工艺,取得了良好的社会效 益与经济效益. [关键词]体育馆;钢结构;屋盖;异形节点;安装;滑移 [中图分类号]TU758.1 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002-8498(2012)20-0072-03 Sliding Installation Technology of the Special-shaped Joint of Steel Roof Coverings in Huangshi Gymnasium Liang Jiawen Wang Yuan Zhong Xinguo Deng Xianlei Cao Zhengping (The First Construction Engineering Limited Company of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Wuhan Hubei 430040 China) Abstract:The steel roof coverings of Huangshi Gymnasium are spatial folded plate oblique crossing structure.The main beams are steel box-shaped beams whose joints are steel plate joints.The joint of ZGJ-1 in the core of the steel roof coverings connects twelve main beams and the tower crane can not hoist them to the accurate position directly.By parison and selection of the installation schemes the scheme of setting trestle for sliding was applied.The technologies of fabricating steel joint fabricating and installation of the sliding trestle trusses fabricating sliding trolley and fixing steel joints are introduced.Excellent social and economic benefits were gained.
