施工技术 2016年12月上 22 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第45卷第23期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2016230022 分布增阻式自行进掘进机在煤矿采区巷道中 应用的可行性研究* 秦飞,卢清国 (北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京100124) [摘要]介绍了一种新型的由多节增阻结构组成的自行进式隧道掘进机.分析了此类型掘进机在土中和岩石中依 靠分布式增阻结构提供的推力实现自行进的可行性.该新型掘进机与现有可用于煤矿巷道的机械相比较,除具有 全断面掘进机共有的施工速度快的优点外,还具有在煤矿采区的煤岩层巷道快速施工的特征;与岩石掘进机 (TBM)撑靴式增阻相比,其外壁上布置更多增阻块的分布式增阻,能在直径相同、推力相等时的额定接地压力仅为 TBM的1/3左右,因此更加适用于围岩强度偏低特性的煤矿巷道.
