施工技术 2015年8月下 114 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第44卷第16期 D0I:10.7672/sgj82015160114 地下室局部整体抗浮水头计算方法研究 杨淑娟,张同波2,刘德海 (1.青岛理工大学土木工程学院,山东青岛266033;2.青建集团股份公司,山东青岛266000) [摘要]对于带有大底盘地下室的高层、超高层结构,由于主楼部分结构自重较大,面地下室部分结构自重相对较 小,如果地下水位超过一定高度后,可能会导致与主楼的地下室部位出现“局部整体抗浮失效”.在施工过程中,当 地下室部位的覆土回填完成之前,结构的压重没有到位时,如果出现降水能力不足或遇到较强的降雨时,也会发生 施工过程中的“局部整体抗浮失效”事故.介绍了“局部整体抗浮失效”发生的部位及受力特征,并结合工程实例 提出了“局部整体抗浮设计水头”的计算方法,最后通过数值模拟验证了所建议计算方法的可靠性.
