针对施工过程中转换层大体积混凝土梁钢筋密集，特别是梁内较宽洞口及其下方无法振捣的难 点，采用自密实高性能混凝土一次性浇筑，并预埋振动棒投放钢管，辅以小型振动棒振实，保证了转换梁的施工整 体性及质量。

Secondly in the construction process of dense reinforcement bars of large volume concrete beam，especially beams within a wide hole and below to vibration phenomenon， which uses high performance self-pacting concrete and embed a vibrator on the steel tube with supplementing by a small vibrator， it ensures the conversion girder construction integrity and quality. 区地块，总用地面积243410m²，总建筑面积2施工方案 149353.12m²。
主体建筑分为1，2，3号塔楼，中心区 本工程所在地以高温天气为主，封闭箱形转 及地下车库等4部分，酒店主体基础连为一个整体。
换层内温度高，空气流通不畅，易对工人身心健康 1号塔楼3层以下为大空间接待大堂、餐厅，4 造成不利影响；其次转换层层高有限，无法为模板 层及以上楼层为标准客房，3层设计为封闭式箱形 支设提供足够工作空间，其中典型梁截面尺寸大， 转换层结构。
典型梁截面1200mm×3000mm， 为保证其抗剪强度符合规范要求，施工过程中不 600mm×3000mm，400mm×3000mm,500mm× 允许有水平施工缝存在，需一次浇筑成型，传统转 2400mm；转换层8.210m标高下肋板板厚200， 换层施工方法无法保证施工顺利进行。
