施工技术 2016年7月上 114 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第45卷第13期 D01:10.7672/sgjs2016130114 盾构隧道施工中管片上浮力学时变特性研究* 徐俊,柳献2 (1.上海建工集团股份有限公司,上海200080;2.同济大学土木工程学院,上海200092) [摘要]管片脱离盾尾后在注浆液作用下上浮将影响工程施工质量.鉴于此,采用复配技术对单液型可硬性浆液 进行制备,对管片上浮模拟试验方案进行了设计,对摩擦力/摩擦系数及浮力的计算公式进行了推导,最后对管片 的受力情况及其时变特性进行了研究.结果表明:摩擦力/摩擦系数在试验初期(0~6)基本呈线性增长趋势,随 后(6~14.5)呈阶梯形增长趋势,最后趋于稳定;浮力随时间的推移呈线性下降趋势,待浆液完全凝固时,浮力 消失.
