施工技术 2015年9月下 114 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第44卷第18期 D01:10.7672/sjs2015180114 大直径钢波纹管涵在多雨山区不均匀 沉降地基中的质量控制 郭志超,光明,李红 (中交一公局第一工程有限公司,北京102205) [摘要]结合湖北省麻武(穴)高速公路工程实例,通过对大直径钢波纹管涵的受力性能、地基明显不均匀沉降情况 下的钢波纹管涵受力性能、波纹管端头位置受力性能以及相应质量控制措施等问题进行研究,从地基处理、管道拼 接、材料质量、台背压实、帽梁浇筑、进洞口截水墙等方面做好各个关键细节施工工艺的控制,总结了钢波纹管涵在 多雨山区中不均匀沉降路基中应用的特点,为钢波纹设计规范提供建议,同时也为钢波纹管在类似地形条件下的 施工提供施工经验.
