施工技术 2011年3月上 76 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第40卷第336期 插销式钢管脚手架单元架受力性能研究 卢文良,白苹2,董万慧2 (1.北京交通大学土木建筑工程院,北京100044;2.北京城建设计研究总院,北京100037) [摘要]对插销式钢管脚手架的单元架进行了试验研究,试验中重点研究了斜杆布置方式对承载力的影响.采用 歌拉公式对单杆临界承载力进行计算,建立空间有限元模型,结合半刚性节点算法分析单元架的失稳模态和临界 荷载.将欧拉公式、有限元计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析,得出两种算法在运用于此类脚手架承载能力计算 中的适用性. Dong Wanhui2 (1.School of Civil Engineering.Beijing Jiaotong University Beijing 100044.China; 2.Beijing Urban Engineering Design and Research Institute Beijing 100037 China) Abstract:Four modular frames of plug-pin steel were tested.The experimental mechanic performance of scaffold frames is studied.Ultimate bearing capacity of the scaffold frames is calculated by Euler's formula.In addition FEM model was created bined with semi-rigid joint calculating method to analyze failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of frames.Calculated results by finite element model and Euler's formula method are pared with test results and applicability of these two algorithms in calculation of bearing capacity is pointed out.
