施工技术 2011年9月上 44 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第40卷第348期 泵送施工对水泥乳化沥青砂浆性能影响的试验研究 刘竞"，郑新国，韩志强²，谢永江'，曾志”，崔鑫'，高玉生²，陈长江3 （1.中国铁道科学研究院铁道建筑研究所，北京100081；2.中国水利水电建设集团公司，北京100048； 3.中铁十六局集团有限公司，北京100018) [摘要】通过测试经不同距离泵送后的水泥乳化沥青砂浆与未经泵送砂浆间流动度、扩展度、含气量、容量、温度、 膨账率、分离度、强度、弹性模量与抗冻性、抗疲劳性等指标的差异以及对比施工现场经泵送后砂浆的灌揭板效果， 研究了泵送施工对高敏感性水泥乳化沥青砂浆性能的影响。
结果表明，采用该泵送技术，水泥乳化沥青砂浆经 300m以上的长距离泵送后，其物理、力学和耐久性能等指标均未发生明显变化，均满足技术条件要求；现场揭板效 果良好，充填层实体质量符合要求。
因此，该泵送技术适用于水泥乳化沥青砂浆的大规模快速施工。

The physical quality of pumped cement emulsified asphalt mortar as the filing layer on site also met the requirements.
