施工技术 2010年8月 82 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第39卷第8期 鄂尔多斯东胜体育中心体育场钢结构安装技术 王留成，朱邵宁，李建洪，程瑞华 (济江精工锅结构有限公司，浙江绍兴312030) [摘要]鄂尔多斯东胜体育中心体育场为可开合屋盖斜拉索悬挂空间钢管桁架体系，由固定屋盖与巨拱形成整体 受力体系，是目前国内结构最复杂、规模最大的开闭式体育场.从巨拱安装、活动屋盖适应性施工、斜索张拉、施工 计算分析等方面介绍了工程难点及现场施工施.指出巨拱采用分段吊装的方式，拉索采用分阶段、分批、循环、 顺序张拉的方案施工；另外，采取对台车轨道预变形、轨道后固定、机械台车后固定的措施增强台车运行的适应性. [关键词]鄂尔多斯东胜体育中心；体育场；开合屋盖结构；斜拉索；施工技术 [中图分类号]TU758 [文献标识码]A[文章编号]1002-8498(2010)08-0082-05 Installation Technology for Stadium Steel Structure of Erdos Dongsheng Sports Center Wang Liucheng Zhu Shaoning Li Jianhong Cheng Ruihua (Zhejiang Jinggong Steel Building Co.Lad.Shaoxing Zhejiang 312030 China) Abstract:Stadium of Erdos Dongsheng Sports Center is retractable tubular truss roof system stayed by inclined steel strands.The whole stress bearing system is formed by fixed roof cover and huge arch structure which is the most plicated and largest retractable stadium in China till now.The project difficulties and the on-site constructional facilities from perspectives of huge arch installation adaptive construction for retractable roof stretch of inclined strands and construction calculation analysis are introduced.It is pointed out that segmentation hoisting method is used for huge arc and cycle tensioning by stage batching and in order is applied for tensile strands.Furthermore in order to assure the adaptability of trolley operation the methods of pre-deformation for trolley track and later fixture for track and mechanical trolley are adopted.
