施工技术 2013年8月上 64 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第42卷第15期 D0I:10.7672/sgjs2013150064 倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面施工新技术 向伟明,童华炜,周艳杰 (广州大学土木工程学院,广东广州510006) [摘要]倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面是以优质轻钢龙骨作为骨架,以铝板作为面板,并在面层铝板和底层铝板之间填 充玻璃保温棉且面层铝板具有氟碳漆表面涂层的新型节能屋面.介绍了该施工技术的特点和原理,详细述了屋 面的施工工序,提出了质量控制和产品保护措施,与传统施工方法相比,该技术针对倒置保温层铝板轻质屋面施工 工法的研究进一步提出屋面的平整度控制、保温隔热性能的持久稳定性、提高屋面防水、泄水性能等施工措施,从 而大大延长了产品的使用年限等创新研究内容.最后对该技术进行了总结.应用结果表明,该屋面系统具有质量 轻、强度高、防水、保温性能好等特点,工程质量得到保证,提高了经济效益.
