2015年11月上 施工技术 第44卷第21期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 113 D0I:10.7672/sgis2015210113 倒置式屋面泡沫玻璃保温板安装技术 吕欣豪,戴超,杜福祥,袁渊,黄凯 (中建三局建设工程股份有限公司成都分公司,四川成都610041) [摘要]为有效解决常规有机保温材料如XPS EPS等应用在倒置式屋面保温系统中受其材料自身保温防火性能 差、强度低易变形老化及后期维修困难成本大的缺陷及施工工艺的限制而难以满足现代建筑物对防火及节能环保 要求的问题,首次在重庆地区引进一种新型保温材料——泡沫玻璃保温板,并以重庆国金中心T3/T5塔楼倒置式 屋面保温工程为例,阐述了该新型保温材料的材料性能、施工工艺流程、安装方法、注意事项及技术标准.因其优 异的材料特性及优化的施工工艺,在提高工程质量、加快安装进度、减少安全隐患、增强节能环保性能等方面取得 了良好的效果.
