2017年9月下 施工技术 第46卷第18期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 35 D0I:10.7672/5j52017180035 大型钢结构球形支座力学性能试验研究 娄峰12,潘文智1,石开荣1,吕俊锋 (1.华南理工大学土木与交通学院,广东广州510641; 2.浙江精工钢结构集团有限公司,浙江绍兴312030) [摘要]广州报业文化中心连廊为钢桁架结构,采用大吨位球形支座,包括固定铰支座和单向滑动支座.在不同荷 载组合作用下,支座处于压转、压剪及轴压等复杂受力状态,需对支座在各种受力状态下的变形及转动力矩等进行 检验,以评定其受力性能是否满足要求.以较高承载力的固定铰支座为例,进行力学性能试验研究,包括:受压状 态下的支座转动性能试验(压转)、水平承载力试验(压剪)和竖向承载力试验(轴压)等.试验结果表明:支座实测 转动力矩小于规范规定的转动力矩,支座水平位移与水平荷载、竖向压缩变形与竖向荷载、盆环径向变形与竖向荷 载之间基本呈线性关系,转动性能、水平承载力、竖向承载力均满足规范和设计要求,且试验完成后支座变形能基 本恢复.
