2014年5月上 施工技术 第43卷第9期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 63 D0I:10.7672/5j52014090063 带斜筋单排配筋乙形截面剪力墙抗震性能研究* 张建伟,胡剑民,杨兴民2,曹万林,程焕英 (1.北京工业大学建筑工程学院,北京100124;2.中国中建设计集团有限公司,北京100037) [摘要]为适应抗震设防地区对多层住宅结构具有良好抗震性能、施工简便、造价低、绿色节能等特点的发展要求, 提出带斜筋单排配筋混凝土剪力墙,再结合部分免拆建筑模网技术,形成新型抗震节能多层住宅结构体系.为了 解带斜筋单排配筋Z形截面墙体的抗震性能,进行2个相同配筋量的Z形截面剪力墙低周反复荷载试验,1个为普 通双向单排配筋剪力墙,1个为带斜筋的双向单排配筋剪力墙.在试验基础上,对比分析其承载力、延性、刚度、滞 回特性、耗能能力及破坏特征等抗震性能,建立其极限承载力简化计算模型.研究表明:带斜筋单排配筋乙形截面 剪力墙的抗震性能明显优于普通双向单排配筋剪力墙,能更好地满足多层住宅结构抗震设计要求.
