2016年10月下 施工技术 第45卷第20期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 75 D0I:10.7672/5js2016200075 超宽公轨两用钢箱梁滑移施工技术 邓德员,刘涛,陆建新,戴维,衡武浩,郝雪冬 (中建钢构有限公司,广东深圳518040) [摘要]位于佛山南海新交通线上东平水道特大桥是国内首座公轨同层布置钢箱梁斜拉桥,桥梁宽度达46.5M 其 主桥部分岸上及浅水区钢箱梁段因浮吊无法直接安装就位,梁段下方需搭设支架,浮吊将梁段吊装至支架后,采用 穿心式千斤顶进行拖拉滑移至设计位置的方法进行安装.提出了吊装钢箱梁在滑座上快速就位方法和双层叠放 钢箱梁共同滑移的思路,为安装节约了时间,较好地解决了合龙段后期安装难的问题.滑移过程中对不同基础形 式的支架做了沉降及应力监测,确保了施工安全.
