1总则
1.0.1为提高附着式升降脚手架工程服务水平，促进附着式升降
脚手架工程服务规范化、标准化，推进附着式升降脚手架工程质量
提升和安全使用，制定本标准。
1.0.2本标准适用于各类附着式升降脚手架的工程服务与管理。
1.0.3附着式升降脚手架工程服务除应符合本标准规定外，尚应
符合国家现行有关标准和现行中国工程建设标准化协会有关标准
的规定。
