施工技术 2014年6月下 54 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第43卷第12期 D01:10.7672/gjs2014120054 兴隆水利枢纽围堰崩塌抢险技术* 陈新,潘洪 (武警水电第二总队第四支队,江西南昌330096) [摘要]兴隆水利枢纽一期围堰为全年10年一遇土石围堰,受20年一遇秋季洪水的影响,围堰局部出现崩塌并迅 速扩展,险情急剧加重.首先对灾害原因进行分析,得出抢险的特点与难点,最后有针对性地制定了抢险方案,经 86h紧急抢修,圆满完成此次抢险任务.对此次围堰抢险施工技术作了详细介绍和经验总结.
