2016年7月下 施工技术 第45卷第14期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 105 D0I:10.7672/8js2016140105 半刚性满堂支撑架可靠性分析及优化设计* 曾亚平,孙新建1,朱云龙2 (1.青海大学水利电力学院,青海西宁810016;2.株洲市水利水电勘测设计院,湖南株洲412000) [摘要]建立半刚性满堂支撑架三维有限元模型,基于ANSYS-PDS采用蒙特卡罗法,考虑随机输人变量对满堂支 撑架灵敏度的影响,提出在现行规范经验公式中采用修正参数的方法,以改进规范计算精度.在此基础上,指定步 距、纵距、横距为设计变量,支撑架复合应力、纵横向水平杆的挠度为状态变量,钢管用量为目标函数进行优化分 析.通过对比得出考虑稳定性系数对纵距的影响比较大,其优化方案更具有安全性.
