2016年10月上 施工技术 第45卷第19期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 99 D0I:10.7672/5j52016190099 地面敏感区域盾构施工控制技术研究 温法庆1,贾璐2,翁振华1,皮摩海2,柴庆水2 (1.中铁十八局集团有限公司,天津300222;2.南昌大学建筑工程学院,江西南昌330031) [摘要]南昌轨道交通1号线某区间盾构在上软(砂砾)下硬(泥岩)的富水地层中下穿位于八一广场上的国旗基 础,为保证旗杆的垂直度,需要严格控制旗杆基础的不均匀沉降量.在实际施工中,根据八一广场地质条件(泥岩 厚度)的不断变化及其特定敏感的地面环境,通过数值计算进行沉降预判,及时调整优化掘进参数,强化掘进参数 控制及加强施工管理,并通过地面预注浆及洞内及时二次注浆的辅助控制措施,盾构顺利穿越国旗基础,有效控制 了旗台的沉降,规避了因盾构施工对国旗造成的影响.
