Shijiazhuang Hebei 050051.China) Abstract:The installation precision of traditional pre-buried bolts methods can not meet the bolts installation requirement of the large equipment.The author introduces a new kind of 3-D adjustable integral pre-buried technique on large foundation anchor bolts.The new technique is that during construction relative position of bolts group can be accurately fixed by making position-plate;the bolt's height can be determined by adjusting the top and bottom nut of the position plate;the axial position of bolts group is determined by setting up pulling anchor bars in the surrounding of foundation;the bolts position is monitored and adjusted on time during pouring concrete.The new technique can meet the precision requirement of pre-buried bolts.
