2017年6月上 施工技术 第46卷第11期 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 53 D0I:10.7672/5j52017110053 橡胶粉改性沥青老化性能研究* 刘延军12,叶志刚,张玉贞1 (1.中国石油大学(华东)化学工程学院,山东青岛266580:2.中海石油炼化有限贵任公司,北京100029) [摘要]采用3种老化试验方法模拟橡胶粉改性沥青老化过程,系统评价了在不同条件下3种橡胶粉改性沥青老 化性能的差异,并通过红外光谱分析了老化过程对橡胶粉改性沥青分子结构的影响.结果表明,橡胶粉改性沥青 在老化后软化点升高,针人度降低;不同类型橡胶粉改性沥青,老化规律基本一致,但老化后的性能存在一定差异. 红外光谱分析显示,橡胶粉改性沥青在老化前后的分子结构变化主要是基吸收峰的变化,RTFOT老化对橡胶粉 改性沥青官能团的影响比较明显.由于橡胶粉脱硫过程中已引入较多带基或羧基的极性基团,脱硫橡胶粉改性 沥青在老化前后红外图谱中的羰基吸收峰差异很小,其抗老化性能也相对较好.
