施工技术 2013年1月下 20 CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY 第42卷第2期 超大面积屋盖柔性提升系统的有限元分析及试验研究* 张晓勇,陈海洲,王玉岭,谢刚奎1,张其林2 (1.中国建筑第八工程局有限公司,上海200120;2.同济大学土木工程学院,上海200092) [摘要]对中国商飞(C0MAC)部装厂房3万m2焊接球屋盖的柔性整体提升施工工艺进行了数值模拟分析,对柔 性提升系统进行了试验研究.柔性提升工艺可在保证施工安全的前提下实现最少的替换结构件用钢量以及最短 的施工工期.结果表明在1.54倍设计荷载作用下,下吊点测点的荷载-应力曲线是线性变化并且不超过材料屈服 强度,表明下吊点完全处于弹性状态;同时指出柔性提升装置具备充分的安全可靠性.
